A: All assembly and set-up of our product is done in our manufacture in Florida.

Q: What is the warranty for our's Media Centers?
A: We offer 1 or 2 year limited warranty on our Media Center products. In addition, we also offer extended warranty options. Other products have their own warranty from the manufacture of this products.

Q: Our systems support 3D Video?
A: Some of our's models support 3D

Q: How long does it take for an order to be delivered after its been placed?
A: 10 working days in some cases more, please check with sale person for delivery time.


Q: Logicom Servers does copy protected discs ?
A: Logicom Servers does not copy protected discs, and users in countries that allow circumventing copy protections can install software to remove the copy protection.

Q: What operating systems do your systems use?
A: Windows 7, Windows 7 Embedded, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Home Server, and Linux

Q: Do we warranty our media server will work with a particular display or proyector?
A: No

A: No, our Media Centers have been designed and engineered to offer the best entertainment solutions.

Q: Do you provide any technical support for Windows XP or Vista products?
A: We only offer technical support for the systems built by our company.

Q: Do you offer technical support for Media Centers that were not purchased from or built by Logicom Media?
A: No, we only offer support for systems that are built and sold by Logicom Media.

Q: Do you offer any upgrade services for old Media Centers?
A: It depends on the unit you are looking to upgrade, please email us to discuss.

Q: How do I purchase one of your products?
A: In the US and Canada our products are sold exclusively through our network of authorized dealers, in other countries we use authorized distributors. Please email us if you need a delaer or distributor in your area.
